When booking with us Thistle Apartments you are required to pay 25% of full agreed lease term amount. You agree and entering in Contract between you (the Hirer) and us (Thistle Apartments). These are terms and conditions of contract.
Booking are made in advance and apartments are subjects to availability, we reserve the right not to accept the booking for any good reason. All reservation are provisional until confirmed in writing. Booking acceptance must be confirmed in writing by Thistle Apartments by email or post.
You will be asked to provide a credit or debit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The credit card provided must belong to guest making reservation. Credit or debit card is to provide us with security against and damages or other expenses incurred during your stay. Full remaining agreed amount of total lease term must be paid 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival. In the event that founds has not been cleared we reserve the right to treat your provisional booking as cancelled and re let the property.
Free taxi transfer is available to guests staying 3 days or longer. If Hirer is using Aberdeen airport or train station taxi transfer service, it is up to Hirer to communicate accurate arrival times and flight numbers in writing. Thistle Apartments will pay only for taxi charges to and from apartments with combined value up to £55 for journey it self and waiting time. The taxi must be arranged by Thistle Apartments and we have no liability to pay for taxis arranged by guests.
Check in to the apartment is available
from 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival
and apartment must be vacated by 10:00
hrs on the day of departure.
Early or late check in is available if agreed and arranged with owners.
All bookings are cancellable without charge up to 21 days, 6 pm local time before arrival. Cancellation should be notified in writing. In case of cancellation les than 21 days or no show the full paid amount will be charged for agreed letting period. Cancellation insurance is not included there for we recommend you seek personal travel insurance policy.
The Maximum number of adults occupying apartment is four and the Hirer will be responsible to take charge for the property. The Hirer shall not sub-let or reassign the premises unless agreed and permitted by owner in writing. The Hirer agrees and obliges himself and his party to vacate the hired premises by end of agreed letting period and no right to remain in the property exist. The contract allows you to occupy the premises as a holiday let only and relating to section 12 (schedule 4, paragraph 8) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 this is not assured tenancy.
Thistle Apartments takes no responsibility and is not liable to you or your party for any accidents, losses, damage to property, injury, expense or inconvenience in consequence of breach of contract or arising from your fault or any other members occupying or visiting the rented property. Although car parking bay is private and secure, we are not liable for damage to guest vehicles.
If for any good reason the accommodations become unavailable to hirer, every effort will be made to find suitable alternative accommodation. If this is not possible all the payments will be refunded and we will have no further liability to you or your guests.
All guests are required to minimise the risk of fire, therefore smoking is not permitted in the rented apartment nor in the residential complex it self. Thistle Apartments reserve the right to charge £150 if sighs of smoking detected. Hirer is required to leave property secure if unoccupied, close the windows and lock the doors. Hirer is required to leave rented property reasonably clean and tidy on day of departure. Thistle Apartments reserve the right to charge hirer up to £150 a deep cleaning charge if property left in an unacceptable mess. Keys for the apartments and electronic key for car park (if supplied) are to be returned on departure date. Thistle Apartments reserve the right to charge hirer £30 for door lock keys and £100 for electronic barrier key.
The Hirer shell undertake every opportunity to take care and look after property during length of stay and report any damages as soon as they occur. Thistle Apartments reserve the right to charge for repairs, damages or replacement to accommodation and its inventory. The hirer undertakes to report and pay for any damage caused to the accommodation or for equipment lost or damaged beyond fair wear and tear or broken during his occupancy of the property.
Thistle Apartments reserve the right to terminate the contract and repossess the property at any time if unacceptable behaviour, damage to property cause or likely to cause annoyance or offence to other residence. In this case any payments (refund) will be at our discretion.
Thistle Apartments reserve the right to access rented apartments at any reasonable time.
Although we make every effort to accurately advertise our website, its content is not warranted. We reserve right to make continues improvements to the accommodations and its content without prior notice.
